Annie Merry - Harby, Chief Associate Project Manager

Chief Associate Project ManagerAnnie joined Faiths4Change in 2004 when it it was pilot project Operation EDEN. Annie is based in our Liverpool office. She has a background in working with marginalised groups, people of faith, developing recycling and waste education services. Annie has a passion for faith partnered action, people, permaculture and organic growing. Out of work she's generally found pottering with her container garden or on her allotment.

Samia Shafqat Associate Project Manager (featured in large picture above)

Based in our office in Burnley, Samia has been with Faiths4Change since November 2007. Samia's background is in health and wellbeing, the arts and with marginalised groups in the community. With considerable passion for community wellbeing and a distinctive creative flair Samia is currently working with communities in Bolton and Burnley focusing on flood risk and using water wisely .

Associate Project Manager, LiverpoolCalvin is based in our Liverpool office and has been with Faiths4Change since September 2010. With over 20 years experience in waste management, including community engagement on landfill sites, Calvin is enjoying heading up our schools and early years work on sustainability.

Janet Community Food Worker, LiverpoolUtterly passionate about food, Janet joined the Liverpool office in March 2009 and currently leads on Food4Thought, our joint project with Asylum Link Merseyside. When not making amazing food, sharing recipes and nutritional advice Janet can be found growing food on her allotment in Liverpool.

Marjorie Griffin, Administrator

Marjorie, AdministratorBased in our Liverpool office since 2004 and but supporting the whole Team including Trustees, Marjorie manages the office based work. Marjorie loves working with faith groups that are already doing amazing work in their communities. She enjoys being part of a Team that is enthusiastic, has a 'can do' attitude and is committed to our ethos of encouraging and enabling communities to find common ground.

Gustav Ekström, Community Engagement Volunteer

Gustav, JVC VolunteerAs our JVC-volunteer (Jesuit Volunteer Community, jvcbritain.org) Gustav joined us autumn 2011. Originating from Sweden, Gustav is currently volunteering for Faiths4Change and the Anglican Diocese in the Bootle Team Ministry @ St Matthews, St Andrews and St Leonards in Bootle, Liverpool. If not found volunteering, he's probably to be found killing time with his JVC-community or roaming the cultural arenas of Liverpool.
