Director
We are recruiting a Director to lead our dynamic and impactful charity.
Our Director will be an inspiring, passionate and highly experienced individual who will lead Faiths4Change with creativity and kindness. They will provide strategic direction, lead a collaborative and highly regarded team, work closely with our board of Trustees, build partnerships and networks at a local and regional level, and ensure the ongoing financial and environmental sustainability of our organisation.
The Director will oversee projects and contracts, whilst working to generate new ideas and income. The Director role is a multifaceted one requiring excellent communication, knowledge, skills and active community & strategic engagement working directly with people. Occasional weekend and evening work is essential to the post.

Faiths4Change is an environmental charity based in Liverpool and working with communities across the Liverpool City Region and Cheshire. Registered as a charity in 2010, Faiths4Change creatively supports all communities to ethically develop, interact and shape their local environment in partnership.
Together we co-create practical projects that enable us to learn, share and grow by taking meaningful local action to mitigate climate change. We deliver a range of land-based, creative, and faith projects. Our work is rooted in the knowledge that the wellbeing of our planet and all beings are interdependent; beliefs, teachings and practices held in common by all world faith communities and people who don't have a religious faith.
We are not a religious organisation.

Salary: £36,512.00
