For children and young people:
Challenge: What can you make with the paper and card in your recycling bin?
Here are some ideas to get going: can you make a creature? A puppet? A card to post to someone? A fancy dress costume?
Red Ted Blog has loads of ideas for things to make with toilet roll tubes.
5 Minute Crafts have a video of ideas using paper that would go in the bin otherwise (some of the crafts need other materials but some just use paper!)
Wigan STEAM has lots of creative online videos and activities.
What Do We Do All Day is a youtube channel with art, science and maths fun videos.
'Into Film' activities for primary and secondary ages - all about films!
Oliver Jeffers is reading one of his books aloud every day on Instagram live.

Tate Kids has lots of great arty activities!
For adults:
Try out some origami with any paper or newspaper you already have in the house - we love this box and this little heart.
If you have needle and thread, have a go at some new embroidery stitches. Here's a great guide to download.
Marie and Rebecca, who are wonderfully crafty and are part of our project at Oak House Church in Skelmersdale, made these beautiful designs. We've been calling it 'zen embroidery'; the idea is to just doodle with stitch, to slow down and spend some time making something. Send us photos of your results on Twitter @faiths4change
